Thanks to our in-depth research, Recupyl has become an expert in the recycling of lithium batteries. But we do not plan to stop there; our R&D staff is busy developing solutions for the batteries of the future.

We have formed partnerships with the manufacturers of batteries and electric vehicles in order to:

  • Design eco-friendly batteries that can be recycled more easily
  • Develop high-yield processes to recycle next-generation batteries

Since the first new battery technologies hit the stage in the early 2000s-including NMC (Ni-Mn-Co) batteries and LiFePO4 batteries-Recupyl has been keeping pace with the latest advancements; our patents incorporate the latest battery chemistries. 

This technological lead enables us to offer our manufacturing partners state-of-the-art recycling processes that are designed specifically for their products.
